It is crucial to wear good shoes, especially when standing for longer periods of time or putting on the miles for a run or walk.
👣 The feet are the primary shock absorbers for your body. So, if your shoes are worn out, then you can have additional force that shifts to the knee, hip & spine. Nobody’s got time for that! Check your soles for wear, inserts for wear and definitely keep track of mileage when training. It’s not a bad idea to get two pair and alternate.
